THE REAL DIL | Creator of Overworked and Underpaid

Overworked and Underpaid was created by independent artist THE REAL DIL with one vision in mind: building something for the everyday people who work hard, chase dreams, and refuse to give up on what they believe in.

Balancing a full-time blue-collar career with his passion for music and creativity, DIL understands firsthand what it means to put in the hours, make sacrifices, and build something from the ground up.

What started as a passion for music has grown into something much bigger. Overworked and Underpaid is a home for original music, exclusive content, merchandise, entertainment, and a community of people who know what it means to work for everything they have.

This isn't just about music. It's about the people behind the work.

For the ones working after work.

Built on betrayal, determination, and the price of earning your place, “No Mistake” delivers a powerful message about loyalty, deception, and self-made success. THE REAL DIL reflects on the days of having nothing, the people who plotted behind his back, and the ones who smiled in his face while secretly hoping to see him fail. Through it all, he stands firm in one truth: everything he's accomplished was earned, never handed to him. His journey wasn't luck, and his success was no mistake.
